Sinopsis: Tras el compromiso de Brad Majors y Janet Weiss, la pareja queda varada en medio de una tormenta debido a un pinchazo en su coche. Buscando un teléfono para pedir ayuda, llegan a un remoto castillo donde se celebra la Convención Anual de Transilvania.
Allí conocen al anfitrión, el Dr. Frank-N-Furter, un científico travesti del planeta Transexual de la galaxia Transilvania, quien les invita a presenciar su mayor experimento: el nacimiento de Rocky Horror, un hombre rubio y musculoso creado únicamente para su placer personal.
